Where it is (from www.padovanet.it)

Padua is located in the middle of Veneto Region, in North Eastern Italy, 40km West from Venezia (Venice) and 90km East from Verona. Its central position makes it very easy to reach it by plane, by car or by train.

The international airports of Veneto Region are Venezia Marco Polo International Airport (www.veniceairport.it), Treviso (www.trevisoairport.it) and Verona (www.aeroportoverona.it), all very close to Padua city center.
A collective taxi service provided by Taxi Air Service picks up travellers from Venice airport and delivers them directly to their final destination. Service must be booked at most 24 hours in advance of your departure/arrival flight (tel. +39 049 8704425, fax: +39 049 8705050, e-mail: airservice@taxipadova.it, web: www.taxipadova.it, and will be paid on board. The average trip from/to Venice Airport takes about 50 minutes.
