A demonstration copy of NPC Test copyright v. 2.0 allowing
treatment of two-sample problems with continuous and binary variables, repeated
measures, Fisher combination function, and stratified analysis.
An SAS macro, called 'NPC', for two-sample problems allowing
handling with continuous, binary and nominal categorical variables, repeated
measures, Fisher combination, stratified analysis, missing values. See below
related documentation in .rtf format and the .sas macro.

CR-Test (Conditional Resampling Test) is a program which runs
on a 32-bit Windows system. The 1.0 version allows us to perform both two sample
or C sample permutation tests with continuous, binary and nominal categorical
variables, and also with missing values. See related documentation below
(Italian) in .doc format.

The S-Plus code is a preliminary version for S-Plus 2000. It performs nonparametric combination tests for multivariate continuous data.
| NPC S-plus |
Matlab code for multivariate permutation tests (Fisher, Liptak and Tippett combining functions) for paired samples, in case of continuous and binary data.
| T_pair.m |
Matlab code for multivariate permutation tests for the ordered alternative problem, using Fisher, Liptak adn Tippett combining function.
